Automatic dust collector plugin - mr_skittle - 06-27-2016

Hopefully I didn't dream it up, but I'm looking for an outlet that you plug both your tool and the dust collector into that automatically starts and stops the collector when the tool is turned on and off. I know some vacs have outlets on them that do this but I'm looking for a stand-alone unit.

Exactly what I'm looking for but I need one rated for 220v. I'm not finding one on Amazon.

You could use the I Socket to activate a contactor for your 220V circuit.

They also make the i-switch for 20 amp 220 tools as well

Ivac pro switches. Plug and play, single or three phase and almost any voltage. Great products from an equally great company. I have two Ivac switches daisy chained to activate both the DC and shopvac when the power tool is activated. They have been incredibly helpful and responsive. Cannot endorse them or their products highly enough.
