Piston -- Slap -- Fit on a box top

Just a little fun with a box made from slats of off-cut sassafras.
Instead of a piston-fit tray , it's a 'piston slap' fit tilting top.   Everything is just snug enough I probably won't put finish on it.   It's to transport another talisman or mojo of sorts...

Some soft foam would protect the contents without interfering with opening. A layer of the big-bubble bubble wrap might be fun to watch, though, when the recipient opens it.
