Saw blade type

Is there a type of jewelers saw blade that will cut hardwoods like teakwood, rose wood, bocote etc. Cutting 1 1/2×1 1/2×6 inch into 1 1/2×1 1/2 ×1/2 inch pieces.

If you are simply cutting 1/2" slices off of a 6" stick, why would you want to use a jeweler's saw?

A good pull-cut saw would probably give you better results with a kerf not much wider than a jeweler's saw.
