Thanks for cross posting that over here. I sympathize with the guy, my sister and BIL run a small tree service business back home in Alaska, with snow plowing/firewood sales as a winter gig. They've hit a couple rough patches like this where everything kinda happens at once and they let down some people, maybe not this bad, but still. Despite the hiccups they're good people who try hard to make things right. I'm inclined to give Mike the same benefit of the doubt and assume that's he's not a bad guy and will try to get things right.

I haven't bought from him before, but he was on my short list to try the next time I needed cherry. If he gets this catalog/inventory deal setup by the time I need to order any cherry I'd consider testing the waters with a 10bdft pack. If it goes badly then I'm not out much and I know for sure not to deal with him, if it goes well then I have a good source for cherry.
