While she was the only kid on her Jr. High Mission trip who knew how to use a power drill, spending time in the shop is not her idea of the perfect morning. Because I'm not much of a shopper, I kinda jumped at the chance to spend some high quality time with her on this project. Here are some pics of what we did.

I gave my daughter a full homeowner's kit when she took her apartment up at school. It did include a battery drill, but was mostly hand tools. When she married, we got her a snowblower as a wedding present. Not the wisest decision, given the guy she married, who kept trying to tell her he didn't want to play with her toys....
