Stanley Spokeshave....with a round sole...seems to be sharp enough..

Had rehabbed this Stanley No. 60...and was trying out the curve cutter part...easy to adjust,,,just tap the handle against the bench, to either advance or retract..

All of this was to get a stick ready for..

Set up to cut a 1/2" diameter "dowel"

Seems to work just fine...can cut up to 3-1/2" inches...and there is a scale to set that as well..
