Have any of you upgraded to a longer, more flexible hose? I've been using my shop vac lately for DC for my sanders, and it's been great! But I'm constantly fussing with the fitting on the sander, because the hose is so stiff it keeps popping off. I have your basic craftsman deal... I considered getting DC hose, but I don't know how to adapt the fittings etc. Any ideas? Thanks guys!

Ooo that looks nice. Sometimes I forget how Amazon can be a good research tool. 15 ft seems excessive, but then again maybe not...

I use one of those orange hoses from Lee Valley. Also taking an idea from Festool I have a boom arm to hold the hose up while sanding. It clamps in the front vise.

+1 on the Bosch hose. I've used mine so much that it occasionally slps off the ROS. Fixed that with a hose clamp.

Go to a vaccum repair shop and ask if they have old hose from junk machines. They used some nice flexible hoses over the years on some canister machines and you may get a bunch for free.

I use the Mr. Nozzle hose. It is virtually indestructible, very flexible, and used by most car washes in the country. Their customer service is top notch too.

Yep. Great hose. Mine is 6-7 years old now I guess.

+1 on Mr. Nozzle...fits my PC/Dewalt/Milwaukee sanders and nearly everything else...fits the standard 2-1/2" vac ports...I use a coupler and use the standard hose as well.
