I will have to check and see if it is still hanging around in the garage or if I already sold it at a garage sale. I think it is still here. It came with the cast iron router wing which I promptly had re-machined to fit my Jess-Em lift. It is a clear plastic (Lexan?) piece maybe 5/16" or 3/8" thick. If I recall correctly it is drilled for a PC 690. If I still have it, give me $5 plus shipping and it's yours. I expect it could ship in a padded envelope, but a box might be safer. Your call. I ship it to you in a padded envelope for $20.
