Derek,
Jack couldn't have said it better, just absoulutly beautiful. My hat is off to Craftsman like you , Jack and several others who have personally given me aspiration to follow and try to get on board with this slippery slope.
I enjoy good quality tools old and new and am slowly ( as money allows ) to pick up some handtools so I can hopefully produce work like I have seen on this forum. I do appreciate everyone's unselfulness who contribute and one day I hope to as well.

Steve, I hope you and others can join us woodnetter Galoots at the annual "Peach Meet" the first weekend in this coming February in Madison, Georgia...It is one of the largest official MTWCA meets in the country..and there is always a fabulous collection of vintage tools on display and for sale...It's not open to the public, but you can join the MWTCA right at the door and the admission charge will be deducted from your annual dues, so membership and admission for a total of $25.00 and you will get a quarterly subscription to "The Gristmill", the publication of the Midwest Tool Collectors Association..it is packed full of pictures and old tool history...If you have tools to sell, you can rent a table at the door..and we do have a large tailgate session on the grounds as well...
The meet is held at the Lion's Clubhouse, 1/2 mile from Interstate 20 just off US 129...We usually have several noted toolsmiths present such as Ron Brese, BobZ, Paul Hambler, Brian Buckner and others...It will be our pleasure to have you attend...Bring money!!
Derek, please pardon the hi-jack

Wow, $400 seems like a bargain when you see it finished.
