I think that is the size and design that you are looking for and the other two fasteners on my saws are split nuts. After 1871 etches were added, the fasteners changed and even lambs tongues added. Before the early 1860's the saw would have looked like this.

I don't think the original saw can be restored to a usable point, so I made a replica with a blade from Dominic, a piece of walnut scrap, and some spare Atkins saw nuts.

Hi Steve, I don't intend on restoring the blade, it's kinked in several places and is just too far gone. I do intend on making a copy of this saw, and have allready ordered a new blade for it. This one will sit an a shelf.
