I would like to test a right-handed rasp also, please, if I may. And I'll even volunteer to send it to the Alaskan.
Thanks!

Welcome to the forum and will be very interested in feedback from the good folks here on this Forum. I am a lefty also but will rely on a more experienced Woodworker using Hand Tools than I.
I don't own any good rasp's other than the saw rasp from Joel at TFWW and will be in the market for 1 or 2 in the future.
Thanks for sharing and good luck with your Beta Testers as there are many talented folks here.

Bienvenue Noel. Can you tell us who sells your product here in the States?
Merci Joe To day, I still haven't found a dealer in USA. But feel free to send an email about my production to your favorite dealer
So I ship the rasps from here, it takes €12 (approx $15) and around 5 days to arrive. Producing on order rather than delivering on stock also has the advantage to offer the whole range, which is over 1.000 possible different rasps.

You say that like we live in another country or something!! After all we are part of the continental US, we are just not contiguous! But we still use American money.
Jonathan (who will volunteer to send it south to the lower 48 or "outside" as we are fond of saying!)

I nominate Derek Cohen to take a look at it. Even though he's in Australia, I think we could all benefit from his expertise.
Additionally, his reviews are always top notch.
Regards, Sam
I would second Derek as he is an experienced woodworker and objective tool tester!
I would love to test a rasp, but, quite frankly, I would fit more into the type of woodworker who might damage the rasp because of my ham-fistedness!

They have a deal for free shipping this month when you buy a rasp. Did I mention that he has a left handed handle maker's rasp? I will let you know how it works when it arrives.
I currently have two Liogier rasps, an 8" flat rasp, 9gr. on one side and 13gr. on the other. I also have his rat tail rasp. Both are left handed and work very, very well. LIOGIER

When you have eliminated all unnecessary wood, then whatever remains, however well formed, is too small to serve as originally intended.

I personally acquired 2 rifflers and have found them to be quite handy. I am looking forward to buying the saw makers rasp as well as a couple of others. Thanks
