Back in the Shop

Well it has been three weeks since you heart attack and quad bypass surgery

All is going well

The doctor said I can work in my shop as long as I do not lift anything heavy

So the first day back I did this

It took a lot longer then is should have but I had to take a lot of breaks

It did not come out as well as I think it should have but for the first time back in the shop it felt good

Don't push too hard but do get to moving, etc. My FIL didn't after his bypass surgery and it didn't go well.

Thanks for every ones support
I am told that it is going to take time to completely recover
but the Doctors said I am doing better then they expected

It looks like at least two more weeks before I return to work
That is if I pass the stress test

I am still weak but getting stronger every day
The doctors say to walk as much as possible but do not walk in the cold weather

The cold air in my lungs makes my chest hurt really bad
so I try and stay inside on the cold days

Well I did manage to get a few more hours in the shop
and made another pen
This one came out better, I think

If there is a mall close you can go there and walk.
