Some Woodnetters might remember a video I posted (some time ago) about Thomas Chippendale's cabinetwork. In that video, the viewer was introduced to Jack Metcalfe, a cabinetmaker/marqueteur from Yorkshire.
I've been following Jack, and after a long silence, he has posted again. Some of you may be interested in his work. He's going to be reproducing a Chippendale tabletop.

Paul, thanks for posting. I have one of Jacks books and found it a vey good book on the suject. I will check out his site.
