Yup. The local HfH hasn't had a house build in the 2-3 years I've been joining the Saturday work crews, but they have a couple that are getting close. We start at 9 AM for the odd jobs we do, like building ramps or fences. It's the same small, core crew over and over, led by one guy that does all the planning and organizing. No spotlights for that bunch. Most organizations have a few people that do the bulk of the real work. Other volunteers come and go and get a chance to learn. The old timers set a good example of patient teaching for the newbies.
