I am on the local HfH board and the construction committee. I am a home builder and am giving my expertise to get our houses built better and more energy efficient. In the past, our local HfH has always tried to build the cheapest crap they can. I did a presentation when I got on the board about "green" building and we voted to build our next home that we are just about to start to the highest energy efficiency possible.

Man, given the kinds of houses I have seen that you have built, I cannot imagine how nice those HfH houses you are getting developed look.
