  You'll be guessing.

There's a reason you paid 200 for a repair. There was no guessing and changing/buying parts until it works - and you also got a warranty.

I would go through the diagnosis procedure. You could have another part that made that part wear out or go bad prematurely.

So, i bought the replacement part for my range.  The parts manual and repair videos show a fairly straightforward replacement.  Disconnect the old ignitor and put in the new one.  But my oven's connection is different from the parts list.  One lead from the ignitor goes to the connection, the other is split and goes into what looks like a distributor.  You'll see one lead comes down into the top of this part.  This part does not appear on any parts list I've found for my model number or in any videos I've found for my model number.

I guess it's time to call a pro?

just curious, does this model number show up for you? 5303208499

It shows up as a replacement part for that. When you search for NC-4109-5: https://www.amresupply.com/part/5303208499-FRIG-RA-DUAL-SAFETY-VALVE?replaces=NC-4109-5

The model number is FGF366BCB.

Here's the burner configuration.  It just doesn't show how to hook it up.  And the videos I found have different set ups.

Edit: I think I found a video that shows what I need to to: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X0bsT124RSg

Although when I used the stove this weekend, it worked fine.

unless you or someone here has a reason for it to start working I'd fix it now rather then wait for it to ruin a dinner. Won't say never, but broke things seldom fix themselves.
