When you are on the post/reply page you will see below the text box an area titled "Instant UBB Code"
Open your picture in another tab.
Copy the URL (ctrl-C).
With a cursor in the text box click on the UBB code "Image"
A script box will open.
Paste (ctrl-V) the URL.
hit <enter>
Ta-Da you posted a picture.
Edit:
Just like you did with the URL code except use the IMAGE code.
Below is (in blue) what your code come out looking like
and (in red) what my post above looks like.
I removed the [ at the beginning and the ] at the end so the code would show up as text.
