Thanks for the heads up. I have a 5hp cyclone and a 5hp single stage already. Honestly my next dust collector will be one for metal. The two I have now are more than capable for any woodworking equipment I will own. I only have two as the deals I found on them were cheaper than more metal ductwork.

This weekend I ran another run of 2-2-2-4 for a north wall 3ph panel. 135' run of it up and over. This panel will be in my metalworking section of the shop. I also got a main lug only GE powermark 3ph panel that matches the one by the 20hp RPC panel. Used the new ladder to install the new run and it ran through the 4" PVC conduit I put up across the trusses. Quite a job doing it by yourself.

I have a lot of respect for electrician work after this build.

Getting some wall circuits and outlets in this past week and this weekend. Good buddy Tony came over and helped run a bunch of romex. Huge help. Megan my daughter helped out a ton as well. Glad to have great friends and family!

Adjustable boxes are used to make up the difference in the 1.5" thick plywood walls I will have.

A little more done tonight. I put in 4 gfci outlets for the four wall 120v circuits and installed the outlets that connect those to the runs. Ran more 12/2 to get that done. I located the gfci outlets in a common area in the center of the building by the door. Every other outlet is on a different circuit. They are also bus balanced in the panel.

Man i love this weather.

It looks awesome, Mike! I LOVE the adjustable boxes and all the 12/2g!

Pretty much only did 12/2 (yellow) for anything 120V and 10/2 (orange) for everything 240V and less than 30amp. I have one run of 14/2 for the garage doors and to charge the batteries on the emergency lighting.

12/2g and 20 amp receptacles are a great combo; not necessarily for loading the circuit to the max, but because most all 20 amp receptacles have much more robust innards and clamping force to hold the male cord cap.

Ya know, I ran about 2500' of wire in my little 26' x 36' shop. I think you're gonna exceed that by just a bit...

Lookin' good, Mike!
