Does that one drill the hole at an angle?  I picked up the PC unit I like that it drills a straight screw hole.  I have seen the plastic kreg Foreman seems to drill the hole at the same angle as the slot makes lining stuff a bit more difficult

Installed 60 vertical 2X6s that are about 2' long as wall panel mounts for the edges between posts. I Kreg pocket holed them into the bookcased horizontal 2X6s that contain my insulation and in wall wiring. Thi sis the north wall and the north west wall. The north west wall had a few in the wrong spot but I only moved the ones where i wanted easier wiring access and just installed two new rows floor to ceiling.

The Kreg machines and jigs all have the pilot drill on the end of the drill. The pilot hole is in line with the cavity the screw is in. Its done in one motion and drills a flat bottom.

I also owned that PC pocket hole machine at one time that you have and they are great! its the same as a castle machine only with a manual clamp and the two motions with your hand instead of a press of a foot paddle. Enjoy it! Id keep some extra parts around for it too being that it is a trim router and a PC690. Also if you are so inclines you can switch that Destaco clamp out for a Bimba air cylinder and make it super nice.

I also have a second foreman - one of the new plasticy DB210s. It is electric vs my DB55 pneumatic forman. I would have bought a second db55 but they stopped making them. Plan to keep it setup for 3/4" ply and the DB55 for 2x material. Ill also perm mount the DB55 and make the DB210 portable.

Any future plans for a ceiling?

Mike,

I think you should add a few more outlets.

All kidding aside Mike, the place looks great.  Do you plan on putting A/C and heat?
