Newest Shadow Box for a Navy Vet - glennw - 01-19-2016
This is my latest creation just about finished. I am waiting on the brass engraved with his name and commands and sailors creed. Walnut and Curly Maple with coated with 5 coats Polyurethane. I will be also making two flag boxes from the same wood and same with the same look.

That looks nice.
When I make mine I want something like a double triangle the upper part for the flag like \/ and the lower smaller /\ but just underneath it all on a nice flat rectangle 3x3x16 to mount the brass plaque on.
