Record 060 1/2 block plane in Excellent Condtion SOLD PP - overland - 10-07-2016 Older Marples Record 060 1/2 low-angle block plane in near mint condition. Very nice plane with adjustable mouth and bevel-up blade.  Instead of a cam lever, as on the Stanley planes, this plane as a brass knob to tighten the cap that holds the blade tight. That's an improvement. The only apology is a slight pitting on the top bevel-side of the blade, which won't matter for the use or sharpening of the blade. Back of the blade is flat and polished. This plane is a little bigger than the Stanley 60 1/2. It's 6 inches long by 2 inches wide. The blade is 1 1/2 inches wide and bedded at 12 1/2 degrees. Made in England.
