Nice project - I need to make one (or eight) of these but have held off for fear that once I start, I'll just end up with a wall of nothing but filled up sawtills.
Despite boxes of saws in my "get-round-to-it" corner of my shop, two more saws followed me home this weekend. A pretty decent D8 and what looks to be a Disston made Stanley mitre box saw. Didn't need either but $2 each was more than I could walk by.
