RE: Cutting with Makita Track Saw - Alan S - 04-18-2017 I have a little piece of plywood that sticks to the bottom of my circular saw when I use it with a shopmade track, to give it a ZCI on both sides of the blade. I'm pretty sure Festool has a plastic block that does the same thing, and I assumed the others did as well. Something like this: https://www.amazon.com/Festool-491473-Splinterguard-Plunge-5-pack/dp/B002WHPTP0/ref=pd_sim_469_16?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B002WHPTP0&pd_rd_r=N1Z50J87NNKG6RZVC1WZ&pd_rd_w=9M02u&pd_rd_wg=lTuVE&psc=1&refRID=N1Z50J87NNKG6RZVC1WZ |
