Japanese Saws - Danny in Houston - 07-28-2017

I'm ready to venture, but I don't know any brands.  Most of my hand tools are LN and LV with some vintage Stanleys.

Any advice?  Brands?

Mine are from Menards.  No brag in ownining them, but they cut wood like a champ.

Best little 12" flush cut saw I've had I got from HF. The Japanese saws are much better all around and no comparison, but for 9 bucks this thing keeps going and doing a great job. Even made a few dovetails with it.
