Sun Tiger (Matsunaga Stone Co) 4000 grit sharpening wheel - Bach - 08-13-2017
This is the 4000 grit wheel that was popular to use on the Tormeks before Tormek came out with their own high grit wheels.

The wheel is 9 5/8" diameter, i.e. near full diameter, and 1 13/16" wide. The mounting hole is 15/32" (same as Tormek shaft).
