the attic area is behind the kneewall. Most of it is accessible. It's the last 8' or so that's the PITA, I have to squeeze around the stairwell. I can fit, it's just not all that comfortable doing so. I'm not ruling out a re-route of the plumbing where it gets to the bathroom. It's been a while since I was back there, I can't remember how easy that will be. I do know I would not have routed it the way they did, for this reason.
