Storm door frosting up - goaliedad - 01-13-2018 Helping an older couple out. The inside of the full view storm door is frosting up- a lot! The bottom of the storm was not making a good seal. I lowered it recently. The sweep does not extend all the way to the ends. Still frosting up The inside door seems to be closing nice and tight I plan on adding a well sealing sweep on the indie of the storm, but wonder if it will be enough? It is back in the low teens here today. The door is under a large overhang, and faces west RE: Storm door frosting up - K. L. Somewhere warm moist air from the house is getting to it. If you leave the main door open for several minutes that will cause it also.
