Help ID'ing a brace - DaveParkis - 04-05-2018

I recently bought another load of tools (yes, its a sickness but I have accepted it) and found a really nice old brace. The only marking I can find is this.

Does anyone recognize it? I can sort of make out "Schmidt" on the top line, but only the "enhoff" on the lower line. Thanks!!
