Waterlox or Arm-R- Seal - JSpill - 12-26-2018
Which of these would you use as a top coat for an ash grandfather clock? I love Waterlox and have used it a lot. I have never used Arm-R- Seal, but have read many positive comments from folks that swear by it. For me, deciding which finish to use on a project is always the least enjoyable part of woodworking.

If you know how to use and like the look of Waterlox it seems like the obvious choice to me.
