That router looks in great condition but I don't know that I'd spend too much money on it. I had the same or similar machine and the fan decided to self-destruct and mine was not the first with that failure. As I recall (it's been a while) the motor shaft end is split so no replaceable collet like most routers.

I believe what you need is a collet nut, not a collet as Craftsmen routers do not use a collet. The " collet " is part of the motor  shaft .
Ryobi is made by the same manufacturer as Craftsmen routers.
