That's the lift I used when updating my table about a year ago. Like it. Adjusts quickly (especially if you find the right size bit you can chuck in a drill-driver to make fast moves) and accurately. Very little backlash.
I added a set of their under-table brackets to help hold it steady too. Between those and the weight of the router, doesn't bobble about for me.
