And if so, what are your thoughts and experiences with them and or do you like them? Please give a review …. https://youtu.be/tdZOirHdDjM https://youtu.be/NjSH8rCswV0 RE: Izzy Swan Arc Bandsaw Jig / CCC Jig Peach Tree - Wizard of Oz - 09-27-2019 I have just made the jig from his templates. It does work, but mine needs a little tweaking. I think I need to sand the radius a little better, and I know wax will be a great benefit. Oz, thanks for the info, have you ever tryed cutting smaller radius on the jig for like box legs for like asian style jewelry boxs ? RE: Izzy Swan Arc Bandsaw Jig / CCC Jig Peach Tree - Wizard of Oz - 10-01-2019 I haven't had much time to play with it, but small radius might be possible with the correct guide. I have a 1/2 inch blade in the saw now ( too wide for small curves ), but with a small blade like maybe a 1/4 inch it might work.
