One other thing to consider is there are sand strips for the scrollsaw that might work better. I am still willing to send you mine tho.

As you know I am sure, sharp garden tools make the work much easier...especially shovels and hoes...these days I need all the help I can get!!!!

A former employer had dozens of those sanders in the shop. Everyone used them to break the sharp edges on steel plates and weldments.
