I had the 14.4 and the 18v nicad saws, neither performed very well so I rarely used them. The lower blade speed kinda chewed through rather than cut. The 20v brushless is not really in that same class... |

I like A-pex because it's so much more flexible. You can still use A-pex with crimp and clinch rings or you have the option to use the expander tool and fittings. I bought the dewalt pex expander tool... |

Correct, you do have to use 60v batteries only in a 60v tool, but your 60v batteries can be used in most 20v tools. They won't work on the 20v-18v adapter.
