Which Penefin oil, several kinds available on Penefin website.  How many coats?  When you say "clean and renew". what does that entail?  Thanks.

Not sure or original finish but I applied a deck sealer about five years ago.  My intent is to completely remove old finish to get to raw wood.

I have a seized up bit in my PC laminate trimmer.  Any suggestions on how to get it out?  Should have anticipated this when it was difficult to get it  into the collet. Bit is 1/4" shank 1/8" carbide.
