For my needs I’m leaning toward the 2014. Currently have an older jet 1221. I’ve never had variable speed or reverse. Don’t intend to turn any large bowls. Any thoughts you’d like to share. Thanks |

Thanks all,
To get the thickness l may need to glue a few blocks together. I’d like to start with at least 6”. Is that an issue? Otherwise I’lll wait for a log I can dry. |
