The above comments seem correct, 1/4" is pretty thin and should warp. I made mine using the strip method. Cut light and dark strips the width you need for the board. Glue strips together. Then cut... |

Sawsalls are great. But I'd use a hand saw with an aggressive tooth design. They cut faster and easier than you would think. I've cut many 4x4s with mine.

I have some stuff in a 25% gallery, other things at 40% in a different one. The way I look at it is that I am not roasting in 90F/75RH booth killing a whole day with zero sales. Works for me. |
