Snipehunter, what do you think of the modular construction using factory-constructed foam panels? The impermeable external shell is a constant concern for us van builders.

I have a table in my van because of 1.618. After I measured for drawers following that principle, I had 3/4” left over. What to do with 3/4”? A table!

Making the bed will be much more comfortable if you have effectively a toe kick. It could have drawers.

One of the first things I noticed in the original was that the ends of the arches had a flat area. I really liked that, in part b3cause it would make cleaning so much easier.

Is there a router bit with the opposite profile of a dovetail bit?  IOW, large diameter at the base tapering to smaller at the tip?  It would also need to be small enough to be used safely in a Osch C...
