With so many products & methods available already with varying results for drying wet turnings. Hard to say whether Oil Dry would or not work for that purpose unless someone makes an attempt.

Agree with what MM has to say! Although have postings here in archives on which soap & best methods to use. Not sure will have any more success than rough turning and setting aside to reach EMC.
