Woodsmith plans has a "dust free blade cover" I built a variation and mounted it on my Uniguard Works quite well

Best idea is to use a different plunge router. This plunge base has issues. The rod on the other side has no bushing, just rattles around in the casting. I learned my lesson plunging a lot of mortises...

My Clifton no.3 is my most used plane, lives on my bench. It's a little longer than my Lie Nielsen no.3 and has a slightly taller tote which suits my average size hands.

I have one - got it at Highland Hardware Guy used to demonstrate boxes and log castles on youtube - said he used a 1/16 inch blade It's a little bigger than 1/16 not counting teeth
