$35 plus shipping is probably about right. If it's the correct part it's worth it. The machine is terrible to use without it. At least mine was.

I replaced one on a grizzly floor standing unit. I googled the model number and just ordered a replacement the correct size. The new one bolted on just fine and worked great. It was probably around $2...

The "Stanley Sweetheart" re-release chisels are decent enough for this.  They make a 1/8" I believe and are affordable and good.  Like a "poor man's" lie nielsen.

Everyone that sells here does get paid before they ship.  It's honor system, and in years most of us have never had an issue. You can accept payment many ways.   You'll get a higher price from Ebay...

It's more of an electrical type hum. It does it even when spindel not turning. Just when speed is turned on a tiny bit.

I appreciate the help guys.  I was looking at the wrong thing, ya'll corrected me.  I was thinking I needed a spindle adapter to change the size of my spindle... but Oneway Talon chucks use an insert....
