That's basically what we had but we also got on the rural water system a few months ago. Kept the well water to the pasture (untreated for livestock).

CJ - I have a Ridgid MSUV miter saw stand that I don't have room for and it's never been used. It's yours if you have a need but I don't know how we would get it to you.
