I've bought from Pete Tehran at Vintage Saws (see website). I"ve also files at old Hardware stores (a great surprise sometimes with new old stock). I've also bought some from Lee Valley.

Pistol, The cleaning might not be so tough to do. Simple Green can remove a lot of grime. WD40 and some 180 grit sandpaper can remove tougher grime and rust. WD40 applied on a cotton cloth can rest...

If I'm not mistaken, those are Everlast Chisels, and they are quite good (and pricey). I've got an acquaintance who collects them.
