I would put that co. on my do not call list! it breathes on the attic side, you need a vapor barrier on the heated side.

Get a tube of Seal-all. It will work on a leaking gas tank. I've used for over 50 years ever since I found a tube in my late grandpa's workshop.

I've had a Black & Decker 18v for about 10 years now and am happy with it. Just make sure you get at least 2 batteries if your yard is of any size bigger than a postage stamp.

I had my house inspected for energy usage last fall. I had 11 MERV filters and it was recommended to use a MERV 8. I haven't noticed much difference.

I have to say that Stav is right on this one. Screws have not been tested for shear strength so nails meet code while screws don't! Your inspector may let you get away with it because it's a shed.

Closed cell foam is the best insulator but isn't cheap. Moisture reduces the R value of most insulations but not closed cell foam.

I've always just plugged a radio (turned up loud) to find and mark the breakers when I move into a new place. It saves a lot of time when you need to turn off a circuit.
