What would cause my saw to throw the upper wheel rubber using a 1/8 in. blade. It never did this before using the same blade. Thanks Stan :s

I have to amend my post as the bulbs are not 20amp halogen, they are 10amp Zenon, and yes I found that they do get pretty hot. Thanks Stan  :s
