For me?  I would do bent lamination.  It is pretty easy.  Since the corners are pretty tight I would go 1/8" or less to bend .  Also allow for a bit of spring back so go to 95 degrees instead of 90.  ...

I used 1/2 exterior grade plywood and no paint.  It cost more that drywall but I really love being able to attach things anywhere.  For cabinets I still go into the studs - just in case.
