Another source for wood for smaller projects is shipping crates. My local John Deere dealer puts out a sign "Free Wood" when their pile gets big. Another factory just puts their used packing wood outs...

Too fancy. Too much work. I took a plastic 55 gal. barrel with removable lid. It has a small and and a larger bung hole in the lid. Sit shop vac on the barrel and jam the hose into the small bung hole...

I recommend using a thermostat or some sort or a very small wattage bulb. I have had many hot lunches in wintertime, heated in an insulated box with a couple light bulbs. Even cooked TV dinners.

Had a neighbor that would put her dogs out after the 11 pm news, turn up her AC, then go to bed. Dogs would want back in and bark all night. It took a few 3 am phone calls for her to get the message.

A while back I bought a riser block for my Delta from somebody else because it was cheaper. fit perfectly, just the wrong color. I will see if I can find the paperwork for details.

If the well is be abandoned it should be sealed with grout to prevent contamination of the aquifer by whatever may be on the surface. A phone call to a well driller should give you the requirements.
