Have married myself to Laticrete Latasil for a while now - very happy with results. Expensive stuff, but no mildew problems in several showers, around 2 years old now.

The Freeman's have a 7 yr warranty I believe, worth the slight price difference over the Numax IMHO. I have a Freeman stapler, framer, and flooring nailer. All work well.
