Something I regularly pass on to customers that is well received usually.  Battery day.  Pick a day, birthday, anniversary, whatever, same day every year.  Replace all the batteries in the house that you don't want failing at the wrong time, thermostats, smoke detecters, TV remote, garage door opener, entry lock sets, bedside flashlight....  A couple hours should see it done and you'll have a list for next year or a set of spares.
