Doing a quick search on internet for prices on the Ryobi chain mortiser with no results in USA. Any recommendations and does anyone use a chain mortiser?

No experience but have you considered the Makita?

Makita is about $1,600 or more and so far have been unable to find a Ryobi for sale or even a price or any where to purchase. I did see one being used on YouTube and was quite impressed. Still looking.

Call Ryobi. Some tools aren't available in the states.

I do not believe the Ryobi is available anymore I had one sold it a year or so ago i purchased it at an estate sale
I tried to get info on it and could not
it seemed to work perfect.
i purchased it with a bunch of other stuff but had no use for the mortiser the one i had was used buy the previous owner to mortice barn beams it would cut from about
1 1/2 x2 inch mortise on up to were one wanted to shift it
it had both bases i only used it to make sure it was working before i sold it but i worked really well i just did not see me personally having any wood working use for it
sold it to my neighbors son in law he told me if i ever needed to use it i could
